Prior to her career in massage, Leah Sonnenschein worked in a result-driven corporate setting in the fields of legal, banking and commercial real estate. After realizing firsthand the impact of work-induced stress, she transitioned to massage.
In 2005, Leah began her passionate study of essential oils and how each oil affects the mind, body and skin. Since her essential oil study, Leah made a commitment to create custom aromatherapy treatments designed to relax the mind, body and invigorate the spirit. She not only creates essential oil blends for massage, but also for diffusing, so our clients can take a little wellness and goodness home.
As a practitioner, Leah passionately provides different massage modalities designed to specifically address each client’s need. She provides advanced therapy massage that includes warm bamboo, hot stone, lymphatic and sports massage which includes stretches for different areas of the body, as needed. Leah is committed to personally getting to know her clients and providing customized treatments designed to address different areas of the client’s concern.
Leah’s goal in treatment through several massage modalities, is not just to treat, but also to listen to what each client’s expectation is with the service that is being provided. For example, Leah provides lymphatic massage for clients who have had oral surgery or other types of surgeries. She’s committed to personally getting to know her clients and working with each individual to accomplish a positive result.
Leah Sonnenschein is a graduate of Florida College of Natural Health in Maitland, Florida, is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and is a certified Cranial Sacral Therapist.
