What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment.

Credit card information is required to book all appointments online and over the phone. We will only use your credit card information to charge you for appointments that are canceled, missed or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

You may cancel your appointment without being charged for up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same-day cancellations and changes will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

What if I’m running late?

Please call or text us at 407-494-2272. We will need to reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes after your appointment start time.

Where should I park?

Please park on the side of our building in downtown Orlando, in the spots marked Be Well.

Product Pick-Up: In store pick-up is available for products during normal business hours, 24 hours after purchase. If you need your items sooner please call at 407-494-2272 or email hello@bewellcfl.com to set up a quicker pick-up time.
