Deep Tissue Massage in Orlando Using ART

We are so excited to add a new modality to our service menu! Jim Ballard, LMT, is bringing Active Release Technique to our Orlando Massage Therapy practice. This therapeutic deep tissue massage technique is great for athletes, or anyone dealing with muscle pain or dysfunction.

What is ART®?

ART® is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

What happens in an ART® session?

During your 30 minute active release technique session your licensed massage therapist will fully assess, examine and evaluate your problem areas by using manual techniques to test the texture, tightness and movement of your muscles, fascia, tendons and ligaments. They will develop a specific protocol to address your individual needs.

Result driven massage!

Keep in mind that although Be Well Holistic Care offers relaxing therapeutic massage, this is not that type of treatment. This deep tissue massage will get to the root of your problem and you can expect to see quick results.

30 Minute Sessions

Since ART is deeply focused deep tissue massage therapy you will only need 30 minutes per session. This is a great service to book on your lunch break.

How many sessions will you need?

Our certified ART® practitioner will go over your goals and will go over a treatment plan with you. We offer packages of 3 & 6 sessions to help you to reach your goals.
